Ryan Krejci received his B.S. in Agriculture Development from Texas A&M University in 2004.  While attending school, Ryan worked for a local commercial millwork manufacturer as a student worker entrusted with shop maintenance duties.  Upon graduating he accepted a full-time position with this company where he invested more than 21 years holding varying positions including Assistant Plant Manager, Custom Millwork Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and ultimately Chief Operating Officer and Vice President.

 

Ryan currently serves as Vice President where he focuses on the Project Management aspect of the business ensuring that projects are executed on budget and on schedule.  As a seasoned leader with a wealth of expertise, Ryan is adept at designing, developing, and successfully implementing project plans that meet customer needs while adhering to timelines and budgets.  Ryan’s determination and innovative approach shine through in his successful track record of cultivating strong customer relations, developing a skilled workforce, and providing effective mentoring and coaching. Ryan optimizes operational and financial performance by focusing on engagement and retention.
